  Great experience with the folks at Sonny's Appliance Repair /Sales. Rob came out to evaluate the condition of existing refrigerator. He was very professional and honest. After finding out that our old refrigerator was non repairable due to its age, we proceeded and purchased a new side by side from them. Ruth and Beth were very professional, accommodating and honest. They gave us a good price and even provided a loaner fridge in the mean time the new one arrived.........at no additional cost. My wife and I are very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Sonny's Appliance. Thanks a million.

  Today I need help with my used Kenmore elite dual stove. We were changing it from natural gas to LP (propane). I called Sear and sear direct both they lead me on a merry chase going from one department to the next but refused to help me because I didn’t buy it New from them. With the advise of a good friend I called Sonny’s store. The sweet lady who answered asked for the model number. And said she would call me back. I was so surprised that she did call me back. They looked up my model number and the ovens are both electric so it didn’t need anything changed to use them. Thank you sears had me ready to throw out my stove but Sonny’s took the time to help me even with nothing to gain .
